We can ship our cheeses within the US, weather permitting. When temperatures rise above 70° F here and/or in places where the cheese will travel, we are hesitant to ship cheese. The fresh cheese is particularly sensitive to heat and will not stand up to high temperatures as well as the aged cheeses, so check with us on what the options are at the time.
We can ship our cheeses UPS overnight, two-day, three-day, or ground. UPS ground is generally the most cost-effective method but not always the fastest. Within Western Washington and most of Oregon, UPS ground will arive next-day. If you require that your cheese arrive faster or weather requires that it arrive faster, the cost of shipping will increase.
Please note that we cannot ship any cheese by any method that takes three days or more during warm weather. Fresh cheeses always need to be shipped so that they arive in three days or less (one or two days during warm weather).
Please understand that we are a small farm, will not have all ages of all of our cheeses available at all times, and may need a few days notice on some fresh items.
If you are sending a gift we are happy to include a hand-written card with your message. Please request a card when placing your order with us.
