For the past several years, Roger and I have taken the train down to attend the Santa Barbara Film Festival. This year it was offered online due to the pandemic. Since we are film freaks, we of course decided to create our own Film Festival experience from home. We invited Neil and Mary, Roger’s brother and sister in law, up for movie watching, beautiful walks, cooking and sharing good times in our own at home festival.
To create this beautiful board, all I did was pull out what I had on hand from the fridge, a few different cheeses and spreads from the farm. I toasted up a few cashews and almonds, placed crackers and dried fruit on the wood cutting board. Our new Vache Salmon dip was especially great with fresh sliced veggies. It was the perfect movie snack!
