Vache Frosting

I made my sister in laws chocolate carrot cake recipe, but made up my own frosting.  So easy to make.  Just add about 3 tablespoons powdered sugar to our 9.5 oz. container  spreadable Vache (it’s in place of cream cheese).  A little lemon juice brings out just the right balance of delicious frosting for any carrot cake recipe.
